Regarding transportation and freight charges
Our warehouses are located in Indonesia, the Far East, Central Asia and other places.
Currently, the receiving regions only support Indonesia, Russia and Chinese mainland and other regions.
The delivery time for Indonesia is 10 to 15 days after the order is issued.
For Chinese mainland, except for remote areas, the delivery time is 7 to 10 days after the order is issued,
and for remote areas, it is 10 to 13 days after the order is issued.
Regarding logistics tracking:
For orders in Indonesia, local express tracking number inquiry is supported.
For orders in Chinese mainland, local express tracking number inquiry is supported after consolidation and arrival at the destination.
Indonesia freight: For Indonesia except Batam, the freight = taxes + 150,000 Indonesian rupiah. For Batam, the freight = 100,000 Indonesian rupiah. (Shipping fees can be waived for a single purchase of over 1 million Indonesian rupees, but taxes cannot be waived.
China freight: The freight in China excluding remote areas is 100 RMB /KG, which includes taxes, consolidated freight to China and freight within China. (Free shipping is available for single purchases over 1,500 RMB.)
Russian freight: The total shipping fee for the entire territory of Russia =750 rubles. Shipping fees can be waived if the single purchase reaches 10,000 rubles.
关于运输、运费
我们的仓库位于印尼、远东、中亚等地，目前收货地区仅支持印尼，俄罗斯以及中国大陆等地区。
印尼运输时效为订单发货后10-15天，
中国大陆除偏远地区以外运输时效为订单发出后7-10天，偏远地区运输时效为订单发出后10-13天。
关于物流跟踪：
印尼地区的订单支持本地快递单号查询，
中国大陆地区的订单等集运到岸后支持本地快递单号查询。
印尼运费：印尼除巴淡岛外，运费=税费+15万印尼盾，巴淡岛运费=10万印尼盾。（单次消费满100万印尼盾可免除运费，不可免除税费）
中国运费：中国除偏远地区运费=100元人民币/KG，包含税费、集运到中国运费以及中国境内运费。（单次消费满1500元可免除运费）
俄罗斯运费：俄罗斯全境运费=750卢布，单次消费满10000卢布可免除运费。
